Part ejection powered by the forming-water pump
The design uses the hydroforming machine's high-pressure pump to power part ejection. Rather than adding the dedicated electric actuator or motor described in the patent's background, it takes water from the forming supply through a separately controlled branch.
A fixed sleeve, sliding block, rod and ejector block are fitted beneath and within the lower die. Water pressure acts on a rubber pad inside the sleeve, moving the slider and rod upward. The ejector block then lifts the part. Water supplies the driving force inside the sleeve; the part itself is moved mechanically by the block.
ShuiYiYuan's patented device connects this ejector to the existing water system and includes the components needed for reset and water return after removal of the part.

Ejection hardware with spring return and drainage
The sleeve guides the sliding block, and the rod passes through the lower die to the ejector. A rubber pad beneath the slider receives the water pressure and seals against the sleeve wall. A valve in the supply branch regulates the water entering the mechanism.
A spring surrounds the rod between the slider and lower die. It compresses during ejection and provides the restoring force after the part has been removed. As the slider returns, the rubber pad displaces water from the bottom of the sleeve into a connecting pipe. A second control valve provides a return route to the tank.
Separate drainage deals with water entering through the clearance around the rod. Recesses in the sleeve and support base connect to an outlet pipe, distinct from the normal return circuit. The tank also has a viewing window and level markings. These details address water handling around the ejector as well as the lifting motion itself.
Design features
A shared pump with a controlled ejector branch
The high-pressure pump supplies both the forming circuit and a controlled branch to the ejector sleeve. This design does not require a dedicated electric ejector motor or actuator. A separate valve remains part of the ejector branch, with distinct pipe connections for forming and part removal.
Separate return and clearance-drainage paths
A connecting pipe and valve return water from the sleeve to the tank. Recesses and an outlet pipe handle water entering around the rod. The two paths accommodate reset of the mechanism and drainage of water that collects outside the normal pressure circuit.
